2. Service Requests and Authorization By requesting service, you confirm that:
- You are the vehicle owner or authorized to request service
- The information you provide is accurate
- You authorize us to access, move, tow, or otherwise handle your vehicle as necessary
- We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, illegal, or beyond operational capability
- Pricing and Payment Pricing varies depending on distance, service type, time, and complexity
- Additional fees may apply for after-hours service, special equipment, or difficult recovery conditions
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing

- Unpaid balances may be subject to collection actions and additional fees
- Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations may incur a fee if a driver has already been dispatched
- No-shows or incorrect location details may be charged

- Provide accurate location and vehicle information
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible and safe to service
- Remove valuables from the vehicle prior to service
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
- Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage to your vehicle
- You are encouraged to document your vehicle’s condition before service
- Some services (e.g., towing or unlocking) carry inherent risks, which you accept
4. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
5. Service Limitations We may refuse or stop service if:
- Conditions are unsafe or hazardous
- The vehicle poses a risk (e.g., overloaded, improperly secured cargo)
- Legal or regulatory issues prevent service
- Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally
- Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time
- Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date
